Nordic Beauty House, a subsidiary of the well-known brand Maria Nila, is seeking an ambitious and versatile Key Account Manager to join our retail department. In this role, you will be focusing on a rapidly expanding haircare brand that is gaining traction in the retail sector. Please note, this position is not for the Maria Nila brand.

Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new relevant sales channels and partners.
- Responsible for setting sales targets and budgets.
- Optimize performance with our 3rd party field sales team.
- Negotiate and re-negotiate best possible agreements and prices.
- Ongoing support to customer accounts with campaigns, master data and assets.
- Together with the marketing department, develop and implement campaign plans to launch new products and increase brand visibility.
- Build long-term and trustworthy relationships with our customers.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse and supply chain to optimize forecasts, ensuring accurate inventory estimates to meet sales demand and drive overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Preferably a background in sales and/or brand building.
- Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills.
- Natural relationship builder.
- Great understanding of the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Mature, determined, and trustworthy, with strong decision-making skills.
- Experience in FMCG and/or the beauty industry is a plus.
