Sales Operations Specialist
This dynamic role acts as a central hub, connecting our Field Sales, Export, and Prestige Retail departments. The Sales Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting sales activities, managing product information and pricing, facilitating new client onboarding, and contributing to market expansion efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced sales environment and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the Field Sales, Export, and Prestige Retail teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient information flow.
- Support the sales teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects.
- Participate in lead team meetings, contributing insights and helping to track progress.
- Follow up on Nordic KPI’s.
- Co-ride with DM’s that are below their KPI target to help out.
- Support Head Of Sales 3 days per week as a standard.
- Utilize strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to build presentations, send in templates, and create reports.
- Product & Pricing Management:
- Own and maintain the company's set-article register, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
- Manage and update price lists, reflecting any changes in pricing strategies or promotions. This requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- New Client Onboarding & System Setup:
- Assist in onboarding new key clients, guiding them through the initial stages of integration with our systems. This may involve data entry, system training, and coordinating with various internal teams.
- Market Development Support:
- Contribute to market research and analysis to identify potential new markets.
- Market research and prospecting on Maria Nila's home markets.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new markets, supporting the development of marketing materials and sales strategies.
- Conference Support:
- Provide strategic support for conferences, including logistics, material preparation, and post-conference follow-up.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency:
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, manage data, and streamline processes. This will be a critical part of the role.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Testing will be conducted.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
