As Education Lead, you’re responsible of ensuring that our educational strategies are implemented on the DK market and that the educational needs are met through having the right freelancers, courses, educational material and overall offer onboard. Once we’ve built a team of freelancing hairdressers, you’ll make sure that they have the right information, training and support, and you’ll follow up and evaluate their work on an ongoing basis.

In this position you’ll also work hands on with education, which means that you spread knowledge about Maria Nila's products, their functions and unique properties to both existing and potential hairdressers, sales teams, distributors and in-house teams. As an important player of the global education team, you’ll also work closely with our product development team, R&D and laboratories to secure the best beauty products for our future launches.

AS EDUCATION LEAD Denmark, YOU WILL GET TO..

• Train customers, salespeople, distributors, and other employees at Maria Nila, both digitally and physically.

• Implement education strategies, courses, and events for freelance trainers on the DK market according to the local needs and conditions.

• Ensure that our freelance trainers have the right information, training and support on an ongoing basis, according to the Global Education Calendar.

• Together with Global Education Team, build courses, material and content for our products and services.

• Be a support to Maria Nila's DK sales force and salons.

• Participate in test processes for new product development.

• Travel around Denmark (and sometimes Europe!) to meet with our dedicated Maria Nila hairdressers and customers!

In the role of Education Lead, we are looking for you who is a trained hairdresser with a great interest in product and colouring. You must be comfortable to communicate in English. You also need to have a great interest and a natural talent for leading others, perhaps you are a salon manager or similar today. In this position, you shall be comfortable and thrive in an educational role where you get the chance to influence and develop other people with your knowledge. The position requires travelling and great social skills, which means a lot of fun for the right person! With your knowledge and ability to inspire others, you will become an important part of our Global education team
