As a product Project Manager, you will be a key player in the Product Studio team, working operationally to optimize Maria Nila’s long term product portfolio. 

In this role, you will:

• Work on new product projects for the global Maria Nila portfolio.
• Secure end-to-end new product development projects.
• Manage project planning from brief to finished product and oversee all checkpoints including cost calculation, sourcing, testing and coordination between departments.
• Work closely with our chemists, laboratories, hairdressers, marketers, packaging designers and sales team to create world class beauty products.
• Execute on project progress in relation to schedule and budget. Develop and continuously track cost estimates for new and updated products to secure an optimal portfolio from a business perspective.
• Provide analysis and input on product optimization using commercial KPIs and strategize with other stakeholders on improving portfolio.
• Visit and collaborate with suppliers, fairs, market forums and key opinion leaders to secure a future proof portfolio.

Maria Nila is looking for the one with:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Product Development or similar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar project manager role. Preferred experience as a product developer.
• Understanding of product development, from cost calculations and test processes to end-to-end strategies.
• Experience of cross-functional collaboration leading a full chain end-to-end project finalization.
• A big interest and understanding for the beauty industry.
• A good negotiator with a strong business and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English, writing and speaking fluently.
• Good knowledge on how to use Office programs - experience with apps Monday, QLIK and BC is a plus!
