Customer Care Representative

We are now looking for an organised and customer-oriented team player to be a part of our customer care-team at Maria Nila, based in central Stockholm.
WHO ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining great customer service with structured order administration. You’re someone who genuinely cares about delivering a top-tier experience – whether it's answering questions from end-consumers, supporting a salon partner, or helping a sales rep with an urgent order.
You thrive in a role where multiple systems and portals are part of your everyday work, and you have a natural curiosity for how things connect. If you see something not working, you pick it up and make sure it’s being handled either by yourself or someone else. You love working with other people, have a genuine desire to learn and want to operate in a high-pace environment.
IN THIS ROLE, SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage our daily customer and sales support, answering a wide variety of questions by e-mail, social media, and phone.
Provide day-to-day support to our field teams across a variety of tasks.
Managing order placements for Prestige Retail customers, international distributors, the education team, and private label partners.
Providing a professional and helpful service and ensure effective customer communication on all our markets with main focus on international markets.
Community Management on Social Media platforms.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Administrate and process incoming sales orders.
Manage customer returns and complaints.
Administrate report sheets, campaign material and other relevant information.
Ensure our systems are up to date with correct product data.
Contribute to continuously improving our processes and systems.
MARIA NILA IS LOOKING FOR THE ONE WITH:
2+ years of previous relevant work experience (customer service, sales support or customer relations)
You are customer-centric, and you take pride in giving great customer service.
You have strong active listening skills: questioning, summarizing and reflecting with empathy.
You pay great attention to detail - spotting gaps and anomalies is second nature to you.
You bring superb communication and relationship skills.
Previous experience working with incoming calls via switchboard.
Experience with order management is a plus.
You are comfortable working with several systems and consider yourself a fast learner.
A genuine interest in the beauty business.
Fluent in Swedish and English, French is highly meritorious.
Understanding and interest in social media.
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
Great importance is attached to personal qualities as well the motivation for the role and Maria Nila as a company.
