We are currently seeking an experienced and analytical Controller to join our finance team. The position is based in Stockholm and Helsingborg and regular presence at both sites will be required to ensure strong collaboration with the teams across sites. In this role, you will take ownership of key financial processes, supporting the business by drafting monthly reports, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading efficiency projects that contribute to the company's growth and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Prepare management reporting to support decision-making at all levels.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI reporting and analysis for various departments.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency projects.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support strategic planning.
• Lead or contribute to projects related to budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management by translating financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Drive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions and long-term planning.
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to provide context for internal performance evaluation.
• Support the digitalization and automation of financial reporting processes, leveraging tools like Power BI, Excel VBA, or similar.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or controlling roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and KPIs.
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial and accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to improving processes.
