Educator - full time, North America
Overview:
Full-time educators are responsible for supporting brand growth with our Distributor partners, Maria Nila salons, and market events through ongoing education visits and planning. The artist will ensure the quality and consistency of Maria Nila Education in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and embrace the Maria Nila message.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of distributor educators
- Work and collaborate with the Director of Education to establish the education journey and curriculum for new and ongoing market support.
- Stay connected with the International education team to ensure consistent education launches
- Lead/facilitate education at Sales meetings, launches, events and trainings.
- Support Sales on the development and growth of existing accounts as well as generating new salons
- Serve as the lead technical trainer for the education network.
- Identify future educational needs to stay competitive and innovative.
- Work continually with the Sr Director of Education on capabilities and training development for distributor educators.
- Fulfill any other responsibilities necessary that fall under the expertise of the employee within education.
- Maintain an active Social Media presence.
Skills:
- Experience in the educational instruction field
- Cosmetology license, with proficiency in all key areas including but not limited to styling, cutting, color, and chemical services
- 3-5 years of relevant, progressively responsible work experience
- Ability to travel and work on weekends required
- Proficient in MS Office and Apple applications
