Maria Nila is now looking for a new position as Community & Content Coordinator who will level up our brand, community, and presence across all social media channels. As one of the world’s fastest-growing hair care brands, you’ll get the chance to influence and make a big difference in the industry. The Community & Content Coordinator will be a key player in the marketing team, working hands-on to optimize our brands’ relationships, visibility, and tonality.

WITH US, YOU WILL GET TO:

• Build relationships and collaborations with Maria Nila’s brand ambassadors and influencers
• through etting briefs, guidelines, and agreements for influencer content
• Manage content creators: coordinate our content creators to create assets according to our social media strategy
• Create content: work closely with our Social Media Manager to produce engaging, interactive, and on-brand content for our main channels (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
• Coordinate UGC platforms and campaigns through handling seedings and product send-outs.
• Interact with our community: Manage the Maria Nila community dialogue daily by interacting, answering, and commenting on all brand dialogues on internal and external accounts
• Activate the community: Support and work closely with our different marketing departments to activate our community: events, gatherings, seedings etc.

SO, WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE ONE WITH:

• Great experience and proven track record in working with online communities!
• A natural communicator in both written and spoken communication (Swedish and English are a must).
  You simply know how to interact and create genuine relationships online.
• Good skill in organizing, prioritizing, and planning realistically.
• A down-to-earth and confident personality who’s mature and trustworthy.
• Good knowledge of how to use Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Premiere Pro). If you are also familiar with working with Monday, Figma, and Canva, that is a plus.
• Love creating real relationships and would describe themselves as a social butterfly.

OTHER:

• Full-time position with a 6-month probationary employment.
• We work full-time from our office located at Östermalmsgatan 19 in Stockholm (nominated as one of Sweden’s most beautiful offices in 2022!).
