Your Mission
Transform insights into bold campaigns that capture attention and spark conversation worldwide. Working closely with our Art Director, Designers, and Social Media Manager, you’ll craft storytelling that scales across social, digital, retail/OOH, PR, and community – covering both new product launches and always-on messaging.
What You’ll Do
Lead concepting: Create campaign ideas for launches, sales, and branding that resonate globally.
Craft copy: Write slogans, taglines, headlines, and short scripts/VO for key assets – ensuring language works across markets.
Sell-in concepts: Build decks with the Art Director and Social Media Manager; present and defend creative routes.
Partner to execute: Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life across channels.
Inject trends & insights: Stay ahead of cultural and beauty trends; bring fresh thinking to every project.
Ensure quality & compliance: Maintain clarity, inclusivity, and legal alignment; support localization briefs.
What You Bring
6+ years creating integrated campaigns with idea-first case studies and strong tagline craft.
A portfolio showcasing at least two storytelling campaigns that broke through the noise.
Global perspective and experience shaping campaigns for international markets, ideally including the US.
English – full professional proficiency.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
Curious, positive, and open-minded with a collaborative spirit.

Your Team
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, partner day-to-day with the Art Director and Designers, and collaborate with Brand, Marketing & Comms, Social, and E-com/Performance teams.
