EDUCATION COORDINATOR
Location: Stockholm HQ or Helsingborg Factory
Reports to: Head of Education
Your Mission
As Education Coordinator, your mission is to coordinate and elevate all education initiatives across our different markets. You will act as the key link between sales teams, educators, and customers—ensuring that our education efforts run smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence.
You are the go-to person who creates clarity, structure, and seamless processes in a fast-paced environment. Through your service mindset and organizational excellence, you make everyday work easier for your colleagues and strengthen our education offering.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate ongoing education initiatives (educators, sales teams, and customers)
• Act as the main point of contact for freelance educators
• Manage the internal booking system for all education activities
• Coordinate product testing and product shipments
• Plan and coordinate education events (venue, product orders, catering, invitations, etc.)
• Ensure all trainings are followed up and evaluated
• Drive and support various education-related projects
• Ensure educators have the right materials, products, and information to succeed
What You Bring
• A service-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting others
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and respond quickly
• A structured and solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
• High digital maturity and confidence working with multiple systems and online tools
• A connection to the hairdressing industry and/or professional haircare products
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office

Bonus Points For
• Previous experience in education coordination or training administration
• Experience working with freelance professionals
• Background in the beauty or haircare industry
• Experience in event coordination
